Sportsbook control panel

Unlike other solutions out there that come with plain simple CRUD interfaces that make management processes slow and cumbersome, our platform has been built from ground up with functionality in mind. We apply clean, minimal, web 2.0 style graphics that load fast and render well across devices and keep context relevant navigation and operation functions at hand. We measured operator navigation patterns and placed our UI elements in such a way that the operator has immediate access to the next logical operation or button with as little mouse or finger on screen movement as possible.

Our administration panel is split in modules – Users, transactions, market data, localization, static content, marketing – each module having its complete functionality organized in sub-menus and feature boxes easy to utilize regardless of required operations.

We accelerate content delivery using JSON and employ a suite of content caching strategies in order to ensure operators have nearly instant access to required information within 1-1.5 seconds regardless of their device or network connection.

Our admin panel was built from day one with multi-role and multi-privilege support. For instance, a small operation can have two users with global privileges, while a larger enterprise can have accountants, support operators, market managers, risk managers, localization officers, web designers, content managers and more. Each one of these roles has method-based granularity, for example certain operators can have read-only privileges, others can have read-write privileges, and others can also delete data. An accountant for instance is required to have access to all transaction logs and currencies, however no access levels are required for risk management features or content related modules.

In addition to all features above, we also track usage on all administrative modules down to 30 seconds so that operators can see when their staff are really working or just wasting time at their computers. Audit logs and reporting make finding out mistakes easy and any mistake can be repaired since all data is stored in incremental snapshots.

Website operators get complete access to all their data including user account information, transactions, traffic reports, bets, games and so on.
